The perfect smoothie

Summer is taking its sweet time here in London. Rain is pouring and my mood keeps swinging. Often mistaken for ice cream, my smoothie will definitely boost your mood and satisfy your craving.

 

To be happy again, you will need :

  • Frozen mango chunks and frozen raspberries
  • Soy milk or Almond milk ( one cup is enough )
  • Two glasses of water
  • Two teaspoons of agave syrup
  • Add some ginger or chia seed ( optional really )
PS : If you want to thicken your smoothie, I recommend using organic greek yogurt instead of milk.
PPS : Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder or HUEL to your smoothie : you just got yourself a great post-workout snack.

Blend everything together and Voila ! You just made a thick and filling smoothie.
