Veggie Snacks for Your movie Night

Heya !

The weather in London sucks. I have given up on getting glowing skin and have settled for an amazing movie night.

Since I cannot watch a movie without my snacks, I figured I would show you guys some of my favorite healthy veggie snacks.

  • Oven roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes 

Super easy to make. Cut your potatoes into thin or thick strips. Season with salt, black pepper, thyme and olive oil. Preheat your oven to 195 degrees, and place rack in the middle of the oven. Set your timer for 30 to 35 mins and wait patiently.

PS : I like to cook the potatoes in gently boiling water first for 10 mins. They get very tender and the oven makes them super crispy. Delicious !


  • Sunflower seeds and Pumpkin seeds

Raw nuts and seeds, including pumpkin seeds, are one of the best sources of plant-based omega-3s. I like them as they are or roasted in the oven with my potatoes. I mix them in a bowl with some veggie protein powder from Graze.

  • Vegetables crisps 

You can make them yourself but I like to buy mine. Tesco has a pretty good selection but my favorite ones are the Waitrose vegetable crisps and the Tyrrells mixed root vegetables.

  • Frozen fruits or Warm and sliced apples with cinnamon 

Grad your frozen fruits and add some agave syrup or honey. Eat it like candies !

Slice your apples, throw them in the pan with a teaspoon of agave syrup, one cup of water and some cinnamon. You can add some brown sugar is you like it very sweet. Stir occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender.

Serve warm !
