What I eat in a day #3 – Vegetarian Recipes

Hi Everyone,

How are you ? I feel like I haven’t talked to you in so long.

I usually post more often but I am working on something good for you guys which requires a lot of research hence me not being very active this week.

To continue the tradition, I bring to you another  What I eat in a day post. I promise I will try to make them less random and set a day for them. I am thinking Friday or Monday. What do you think ?

But anyway, so happy to be writing again !

I woke up quite late today ( because I went to bed too late. Again. ) and immediately “made” breakfast.

I had a full glass of organic orange juice. Some peanut butter on the side ( this one is delicious. I used to be a fan of the Whole Earth brand. I switched to this one recently and I honestly couldn’t be happier ). And my pineapple from Tesco. This one was not as good as usual. I like my fruits very very sweet and this left a bad taste in my mouth. Oh well.

Lunch was light as you can see. I ate the mushroom pasta right before I left and entered the hot weather. I took a huge bottle of Perrier with me and off I went. The pasta dish is very simple. It is just pasta, wild mushrooms, pesto and spices.

Bought some nice makeup ( cruelty free of course ) ! And walked from Covent Garden to Bond Street. Spoiler alert, no amount of makeup or dresses is worth it. Not in this boiling weather.


Dinner Time !

Salad, wholewheat toasts with hummus and stuffed peppers with feta. I also had an innocent smoothie on the side and an Alpro – Vanilla for dessert. I just love their desserts. My favorite one is the caramel cream but they were out of it in Tesco.

I know that if you’ve been reading my blog from the beginning, you’re probably thinking : What the fuck ! That’s not a lot of food! And honestly, I agree.

The weather just does not do it for me. I am not hungry and I want smaller portions than usual or just fresher food. And if I eat too much, I end up taking a nap for four hours. Guilty.

I have a huge article coming for you either on Monday or Tuesday. Not sure yet since I have to start writing it and it will take a long time. I also want to do a week with only vegan food to see how that goes and of course I will record everything for you guys.

I will keep you posted. I promise.
