Guess what ? My laptop broke down. Right after I promised you I would post two to three times a week.

For this easy, spicy and 3Ts recipe, you will need :
Noodles ( Egg noodles would be amazing with the dish for vegetarians )
Tandori Masala dry mix ( got mine from Amazon )
Vegetables of your choice /Vegetables Stir-Fry
While you wait for your water to boil, carefully take out the tofu, drain the water and cut it into small pieces.
Tofu, especially the one I bought from Marks&Spencer, is very hard to cut without it liquefying, so be careful. If you look at the pictures I took, my tofu was very scrambled.
Take out another pan, throw a spoonful of olive oil and your tofu pieces. When its start to go brown, turn it over and add the mix, salt and pepper and your vegetables.
To make the recipe even easier, I just bought a bag of pre-cut vegetable mix for stir fry dishes which only requires 3 mins to cook.
I added them to the tofu, mixed it all up, turned the temperature down and covered it up for the next 5 mins.
By that time, your water would have been boiling and I trust that you would have already cooked your noodles.
Once the 5 mins have passed, get rid of the excess water in your pan, add the noodles to your delicious tandoori sides and mix it all up. I like to add a little bit of soy sauce in the pan and more when I serve the dish.
You’re basically done. Service with some sesame seeds on top. It will look very well put together but I also think they taste delicious.
