Another quick and incredibly tasty recipe for you.
I just had this for lunch with a nice glass of red wine. I love love love burgers and this one gave me the best food orgasm.
You will need :
Quorn Pepper Steak or any Vegan/Vegetarian Steak
Salt & Pepper & Hot sauce
Hazelnuts ( optional )
Get a vegan steak, vegetarian pepper speak or the meat of your choice and place it in your pan with a bit a olive oil ( or sesame oil for maximum deliciousness ), salt & pepper.
In another pan, place the cut kale and add water. Cover it up and let it simmer on low.
Get back to your steak, turn it around and place a cube of Gorgonzola cheese ( optional ) on top and let it melt.
Before you know it, the steak will be ready and it is time for you to toast your bread. You can use the toaster of course or use the same pan as the one you used for your meat to warm it up.
You are basically done, check your kale. It should be tender but not too mushy.Place it on top of your steak. I added a drop of balsamic vinegar and some hazelnuts for the taste.
