Skincare Christmas Gifts: Cruelty-free edition

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all well. I know I don’t need to remind you that Christmas is coming and that gift sets are literally EVERYWHERE. ALSO BLACK FRIDAY!!! WHO’S WITH ME???? (by the time you read this, I’ll be broke)

Since you guys have decided that this month is all about makeup and pretty things, I have selected for you, skin care gift sets which are actually worth offering this Christmas.

PS: I am not using affiliate links. All the brands below are brands that I love and personally use.

Skincare  – Under £25 gifts

I am a creature of habit when it comes to skincare. I use Nip + Fab, B Skincare, The Body Shop, Rituals and Sister & Co. I stay away from Garnier, L’Oreal, Simple and luxury skincare in general.

The Body Shop

Tea tree rescue kit – £20

The tea tree line is one of my favorite.  It doesn’t dry my skin and help me get rid of any imperfections in a day or two. I know I sound like an ad but trust me, this combined with the Nip + Fab Teen Skin Fix Spot Zap will do wonder to your skin.

Tea Tree 123 Kit – £13

The Body Shop is famous for their gift sets. If you haven’t tried their body butter and shower gel yet, they often have sets of several scents. My favorite ones are British Rose and Mango.

British Rose Treats – £6

Mango Treats – £6

I discovered NIP + FAB whilst browsing Superdrug website. They often have discounts with Student Beans and on their website. I have only used their  Teen Skin Fix and Dragon’s blood fix ranges but they have never failed me.

Teen Skin Fix Kit – £21

Kale Fix Kit – £17.43

Sister & Co.

I first heard of Sister&Co. online and got to test the products for the first time after a quick trip to Anthropologie. My favorite so far, the raw coconut lip tonic lemon myrtle  & wild mint and their raw coconut oil.

Raw coconut oil – £15

Raw coconut lip tonic – £9

Granted, their products are a bit on the expensive side compared to The Body Shop but the two above combined make a perfect natural hair and lip care beginner set.

Last but definitely not least, the skincare paradise that is Rituals. If you’ve never heard of it, Rituals will blow your mind. I wouldn’t offer a Rituals gift set to someone under 20  (just because I personally received some products when I was 18 and didn’t fully appreciate them) but it makes the perfect gift for a parent, mother in law, grumpy grandma, irritable boss, DMV lady etc.

The ritual of DAO – Calming treat – £19.50

The ritual of Samurai – Refreshing Treat – £19.50

What do you guys think? Is there a brand you would like to add to the list?
